Tyler Jones - Pastor

Tyler and his wife Kimberly moved to the Raleigh area in 1997 after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at North Carolina State five years before starting Vintage21. After attending many churches in the area, Tyler and Kimberly noticed an absence of people in the 20-40 age group. After much prayer and guidance, they felt God's call to begin a church with people of that age group in mind. Vintage21 began five years ago with a small group of people, and has been growing ever since.

Nate Williams - Executive Pastor

Nate hasn't ever had a place to call his home. Having moved close to 20 or more times, he has been fortunate to see God moving in many different areas of life. Through his travels, God began growing Nate's heart for the local church and it's connection with a Christ redemptive message. He began to see it clearly as the tool Christ set up to bring redemption to humanity. With a deeper understanding of the Gospel and a conviction to plant a church of his own, Nate and his wife Morgan moved from Oklahoma City to Raleigh, in Jan 06 to work with Vintage21 in preparation for church planting in Wilmington, NC. As a note, Nate does like long walks on the beach with his wife, and on a playground is where he wishes he could have spent most of his days. Oh yes, and in his opinion vegetables and bones are just wasted delicious meat space. nate@vintage21.com

Matt Stevens - Worship Pastor

Having played in bands for years, Matt's love for music brought him to the thriving music scene of the Raleigh/Chapel Hill area in 2000. When considering the job as Worship Pastor, Matt knew Vintage21 could be a place where all would be welcome to explore Jesus Christ. Since then, he has committed to leading worship in a way that draws people into the presence of God, no matter where they are in their spiritual journey. The service is a mix of songs, video, and printed media that make the word of God accessible to everyone. He lives in Raleigh with his wife, Christin, their baby daughter, and their pooch, Margot Tenenbaum. matt@vintage21.com

Erika Lizotte - Director of V21 Kids

Erika moved to Raleigh to attend NC State and loved it so much that she stayed! (maybe it had something to do with her husband Joseph, who she met on the brickyard). From college Erika took a job as a design engineer with Caterpillar, Inc. and also became quite involved with Vintage21, especially the children's ministry. After three years in the world of Backhoe Loaders she decided to leave CAT and join the staff of Vintage21 as the Director of V21Kids. What can we say, she loves kids that much! Now Erika spends her weeks investing in children and helping their parents/guardians to raise men and women who know the reason for their creation and the great love God has for them.

Courtney Hodgson – Director of Connections

Courtney came to Raleigh from Pawley’s Island, SC in 1999 to attend NC State. After meeting her husband Brad not too long afterward and seeing God’s heart for the Triangle, Courtney decided to stick around after college and see what God had in store. With a background in public relations, marketing and Spanish, Courtney has had the opportunity to work with several non-profit organizations in the area and see firsthand how God desires to know the people of Raleigh. Now, Courtney has the privilege of helping people that come to Vintage21 feel genuinely welcomed and cared for as they explore Christ, and connect them to the community and resources they need to know, live and build the Gospel. courtney@vintage21.com
