Following Jesus means studying His life and obeying His commands. Paul knew this concept well; the letters in the New Testament to the churches he planted all attempt to guide them to Christ. In one way all churches struggle with moving away from Christ. Whether well-intentioned or not, our pride as sinful humans gets in the way of our worship of Jesus.
